OMG Fratelli Paradiso are set to open a new small bar in Paddington. Now this is not to be confused with Fratelli Fresh, two completely seperate owners. Fratelli Paradiso is located at 16 Challis Ave, Potts Point (actually just down the road from Fratelli Fresh). The uber-cool cafe is owned by the two Paradiso brothers and a business partner. The menu is fresh, changes daily and having it read to you by a gorgeous Italian waiter is one of the highlights ;). They are due to open their wine bar in William St Paddington, a former hair salon in the next few months. Apparently it is small, but thank god for the small bar revolution in Sydney, it should fit about 30 downstairs with a private dining room for 12 upstairs. Stay tuned....
