If you’re a regular reader you would know that we adore the Boat House in Palm Beach, and now we have a sibling to adore. Although we really love our Sunday drive to Palmy, go for a surf then brunch at the Boat House, we are SO happy to know we now have something far closer to enjoy and really Mona Vale beach is just as spectacular – if the left hand point is working it’s surfing at its best on the Northern Beaches.
It’s located at the beach end of Darley Street, just near the Mona Vale Surf Club. It’s beautiful – similar vibe and décor to TBH, beautiful restored vintage arm chairs, we love the Sanderson “Swallow” wallpaper so calming. The food is fantastic and great value, we had the Bucket of Skins with Harissa Aioli and the Pumpkin, Goat Cheese, Candied Walnut and Spinach Salad – if you have time get down here as soon as you can!
